My husband and I split up in 2007. I tried to get over him and had no luck letting go of the feelings that I have for him. In 2009 I went to a lady who is local to me and asked her for help, boy was that a mistake! I found Phelan through a friend of mine and after reviewing his website I decided to give him a try.
