In January of this year, I lost my job, I was evicted from my apartment, my car was repossessed, and collection agencies were harassing me night and day. I contacted Phelan, and he explained the process to me; even though it was hard to afford his services, I found the money. This was the best decision that I have made in a very long time; I am back on track.
