Do you need something from the person to cast a spell on them?
It is not necessary to have anything that belongs to the individual that you desire to
cast a spell upon, nor, is it necessary for that individual to believe in magic, for
magic is energy, and can impact your life for the better or worse, whether you believe
in it of not!
